Abstract
This MS gathers the most recent developments in theoretical and applied biomechanics. The mini-symposium is open to all areas and methodologies in biomechanics. A special session will be featured, entitled "Mechanobiology of living matter across the scales: from cells to tissues" and chaired by M. Serpelloni, F. Recrosi, L. Zoboli and P. Gaziano. This session is devoted to explore the interactions between the mechanics of living matter and the underlying chemo-biological processes.
